A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last item of goods.

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form below, although it is not mandatory.

If you use this online option, we will immediately acknowledge receipt of your cancellation on a durable medium (for example by email), including the date and time your cancellation was received.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation.

Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed, the right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Accordingly, the right of cancellation is also excluded for contracts relating to tickets for scheduled leisure events.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods.

  2. Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage.

  3. Please do not return goods with postage unpaid.

  4. Please note that the recommendations above are not a prerequisite for exercising your statutory right of cancellation.
