This Riesling comes from the exceptional 2003 vintage. After a sunny summer and a long ripening period, the grapes were able to develop their full aromatic potential and were selectively hand-picked.

Many years on the lees and subsequent bottle aging have produced a wine that shows its full strength today. On the nose, flint, ripe fruit, and delicate peach meet the first hints of mature Riesling aromas.

On the palate, the wine is clear and complex. White peach, a delicate fruit acidity, subtle petrol notes, and pronounced minerality form a fascinating interplay of ripeness, freshness, and depth.
