This wine represents the best a vintage can produce.

For our single-vineyard wine, we exclusively select the strongest parcel of the respective year. In 2021, this resulted in grapes with exceptional freshness, precise acidity, and great aging potential.

On the nose, fine herbal notes reminiscent of fresh pine needles emerge, accompanied by lime and cool minerality. On the palate, the wine is clear, precise, and multi-layered. The delicate fruit is supported by deep minerality and an impressive structure that give the wine length and character.

Like many great Rieslings, this one also needed time. What initially seemed reserved has now developed into a wine that expresses its origin with remarkable clarity. The vibrant acidity gives it freshness and tension, while the depth and balance make every sip linger.
